Entrees: Qualified doctors in medicine, formally accepted as residents by IUMS and assigned to HKC for their course of training.

Acceptance: Through the annual national residency entrance exam, performed by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education (MOHME)

Capacity: Two per year (aver.)

Duration: Four years, full time

Site: HKC and affiliated teaching hospitals of IUMS

Staff: HKC departments of urology, pathology and radiology

Evaluation: Semiannual internal evaluation by the department of urology and the annual national residency promotion exam

Certification: National residency promotion and certification exam, and the national specialty board certification exam

Achievements: Ten graduates have qualified as one of top three contestants at the national board exam
